Specialist Training in Sexual Risk and Offender Work
Steph and Andrew have both completed advanced specialist training in working with sexual risk and managing offending behaviours. They have undertaken the COFRA 121 STOPSO programme, a 90-hour one-to-one intervention designed to support individuals in managing sexual risk safely and effectively.
This training equips them with evidence-informed strategies for working with clients who may present risk, enabling them to offer interventions that are both structured and compassionate. Steph and Andrew’s expertise ensures that clients are supported in a safe, non-judgmental environment while addressing behaviours and patterns that may pose harm to themselves or others.
Their commitment to ongoing professional development allows them to work confidently with complex cases, balancing safety, accountability, and therapeutic support. This ensures that clients navigating difficult behaviours or past offending experiences receive informed, ethical, and empathetic care.
